What about hemorrhoid cushions? The truth....‏

Today, I'm going to go over a method asked a lot about and in particular, it's good for relieving pain temporarily.

There are several good methods to relieve hemorrhoids. The one I want to focus on here is that of using a hemorrhoid cushion while sitting down.

When we are sitting down, a lot of pressure goes on your bottom and furthermore, gravity causes the blood to stay in that region. What happens is that we forget to stand up sometimes and the pressure simply builds and builds there. If you have had a hemorrhoid flare-up, this can aggravate it because of the excessive and unnatural pressure.

One of the easiest ways to avoid this is to stand up and stretch every few moments during the hour. This is great for relieving pressure and also creating a good circulation in the body. After all, hemorrhoids are highly effected the intensity of blood pressure placed there for an extended period of time.

A second thing to do is to buy a hemorrhoid cushion, usually in a donut shape that's comfortable which you may sit on and causes the sphincter muscle to feel less force from your body weight.

Make sure to try out multiple cushions before deciding which one to get because you'll likely be using it to sit for a long time. You can even go as far as to have a reclining chair which has a built in donut cushion for maximum relief. Remember you health is number one so do not go cheap on this.

Hemorrhoid cushions can be wonders for those who have suffered from piles. Along with a curing system, you can go very smoothly without having to worry. Even during a bowel movement or rectal pressure, you'll feel greatly relieved from the effects of the cushion.

In case you were wondering, I use them to this day simply because they feel so great!
Are Hemorrhoids Really Genetic? Is there any hope?‏

I had an interesting question raised today from Jessica from Vancouver, British Columbia. She has not tried the H Miracle system yet, keep in mind.

"I've ask doctors and they all say that some people may just be genetically predisposed to having weaker veins and thus hemorrhoids - is this true? Is there no hope for me?"

Ok, I'll say this.... I'm not able to go against what a doctor says but if you wanted my personal opinion, it is this....

I think a genetic weakness theory is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Want to know the reason?

It's because we see this "genetic error" in almost half of the adult population in the developed countries around the world.

Is there not something wrong here? Could nature have made such a glaring error? I think not!

Another thing to remember is that some big pharmacies pay media to teach us certain things... and yes, I'll be the first to admit they are things I sincerely do not agree with. I'm not saying to not follow your doctor's advice but I just want you to be aware of critical thinking in this case. A doctor may be a well-meaning person but guides you with what he or she learned - even if it's not always ideal in the end. Just my personal opinion, again (disclaimer).

I won't drag this on long, but our health education still has a long way to go. I really want you to be one of the few who can see the light past the conventional options of expensive surgery and other artificial fixes. Remember, I suspect that hemorrhoids themselves are an artificially induced condition..... so think about this.

Artificial solutions placed on artificial problems don't always produce the best results. Take care of yourself and your loved ones regardless of what big media or the corporate health care system say.
"My Hemorrhoids Are Wonderfully Gone, But...."

Clive from Hong Kong recently asked me this question and said I can post it for everyone's benefit:

"Holly, my hemorrhoids are gone now, but something is still there. My constipation is sometimes recurring, what can I do about it?"

From time to time, I'll get a question like this ... and I know this from experience ... it's normally a sign of a deeper digestive issue.

I'm no doctor but I've seen it enough even in my own dad.

He had suffered from hemorrhoids, cured them nicely, but the real issue was that he suffered from IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

The symptoms of this digestive condition (not really a disease) include gas, constipation, and other types of digestive annoyances. These go beyond what we suffered from hemorrhoids directly.

It's quite common and most people who have it still don't even know about it. I want to educate you about this because according to Medopedia, the online medical portal, if you suffer from hemorrhoids there's also a good chance that you may suffer from IBS as well.

Symptoms can totally vary from individual to individual but the important thing is to know about it and prevent it from developing, especially if you had suffered from hemorrhoids.

Yes, prevention is KEY too.

Even if you don't think you have it, it's best to get natural defensive systems in place before one day it may be too late.

Take care of your body now and it will take care of you later, trust me!

Cryotherapy and Hemorrhoids - Does it work?‏

I've gotten quite a few questions from people regarding a remedy known as crotherapy.... for example, there are gels and creams on the market that do cryotherapy ... BUT most of these really work?

I've never tried one myself and I'll tell you ... one of my friends Jay L. from Astoria, NY USA has tried it and agrees with the following .... it causes way more problems potentially than it intends to solve.

If you don't know already, cryotherapy is the freezing off of a hemorrhoid. It's usually conducted with a cold probe to be inserted and used to freeze off the hemorrhoid's blood supply.

It's easy and painless.... BUT... here's the major downfall they DON'T want you to know... I suspect...

Statistically, the area can be under-frozen or over-frozen and with larger hemorrhoids, this can damage the muscle surrounding it. Do you really want that happening? RISKING it?

A lot of people, I've heard need surgery in a few years again.

Not to mention side-effects like leakage and foul-smell since the muscle gets damaged - YUCK!

So if you're considering it.... this is just my opinion here. I'm NOT a doctor and this is for personal education purposes only. I'm merely here to present my opinions to you as an alternative researcher. Yes, I have to make this standard disclaimer.

Hope this helps enlightened people out.
The Reactive Solution to Hemorrhoids?‏

Just the other day, my friend Becky told me an interesting story that I think is important for you to see....

She was with her 20-year old son, Harry who was back from his community college classes for a lunch.

Becky knows when her son is hungry ... it's pretty obvious but lately he has strangely lost his appetite. He's normally a healthy guy who loves eating ... but is even refusing his favorite dish by his mom, Spicy and tangy clam chowder on a side of succulent, grilled prawns.

Even more, he hasn't been eating much for many days now.

Becky got a bit worried and had to ask her son what was going on....

Harry wouldn't say anything... it was like he was HIDING something.

Becky then used an excuse to bring out the truth.... she knows that Harry is always into working out and building muscles for fitness.

She said "You know Harry, if you lose your appetitie, it's really not doing much good for your physique... you're already looking thinner today. "

This hit a nerve in Harry and he confessed....

"Mom, ok ok, I didn't really want to tell you this but.... I've been having some pain using the bathroom. It's like every time I use the the bathroom, my poop hurts and even bleeds on the toilet paper."

"I'm trying to eat less so it doesn't hurt as much until it heals but I'm not really sure what it is... I heard that if I just eat more fiber the problem will resolve itself"

That's when it all made sense.

Becky knew exactly what to do :)

You see.... I've been there as well ... where it was so painful that I thought eating less will help make it heal. It's not even close to the root issue here.

To cure hemorrhoids naturally and safely, you need two things:

The right lifestyle and diet

A real, powerful pro-active solution to shrinking the hemorrhoids

When you don't eat or try and bulk on fiber, you're only trying to perform the first requirement. It still won't work because you may be robbing yourself of the true nutrients needed to help the circulatory system down there.

It's a half-attempt at a reactive solution.

Furthermore, you're totally missing ingredient number 2 which needs to be done at the same time for true relief... that's why I suggest the H Miracle system.

Hope that helps you realize some important things.
One exercise to avoid if you have hemorrhoids

The other day, I saw a package at my friend Rick's home. It was one of those extremely popular creams for curing piles. I asked him about it.... He ordered them in bulk too.

He said he's been using it for over 8 months!

I was completely shocked these things provide no true results for so many people. I talked to him forever about his daily routines....

Then he revealed something....

He was doing an exercise that you shouldn't do while trying to cure hemorrhoids.

You see...

Rick is an avid power lifter and he told me that he was constantly trying to get a better power clean, etc.

I told him to quickly stop it and try the H Miracle method....

Days later, he was back to power cleaning but because he solved the issue :)

The point here is that if you're suffering down there, straining exercises are going to make the blood flow out to the extremities.

Unfortunately, hemorrhoids are basically varicose veins and gravity causes these extremities to intensify if you exercise with heavy weights.

This is especially true if you do any sort of focused breath holding.

If you must lift weights, I suggest you make sure you breathe very deep each time to ensure no strain comes. Make sure to exhale during each rep.

Keep it in mind.
How Jerry tried to cure his hemorrhoids?‏

Hope you learned from that lesson on what really causes hemorrhoids.

Today, I wanted to share a story with you.... it's about my 51-year old friend Jerry.

Like many people, he first encountered hemorrhoids in his late 30s, and the PAIN just wouldn't go away. He told me "Holly, I remember when I was sitting at my desk and just couldn't bare it... the pressure made it bleed even when I was just getting up to walk. Too painful!"

Finally, he decided to do something about it.

He had had enough!

He went in for the surgery.

It took a few weeks to fully heal, they said.....

A month later, it was still a bit weird, he said. Recurrent symptoms would pop up here and there.

Now, he looks back and says "Geez, I wish I had known what you showed me all along. Surgery on this never heals right."

He was right. I knew it on a hunch but Jerry confirmed it. Surgery only places a crutch on this problem. The problem with this crutch is that it doesn't heal the root.

Jerry has tried the H Miracle method and the results have just been amazing ...

I hope you learned from this lesson ... solve the root, not the symptoms. And that goes for anything!
Why we get hemorrhoids and foods to avoid‏

Why do we get hemorrhoids in the first place?

The common misconception is that we strain a lot and that causes our veins down there to bleed and suddenly, we have enlarged veins that are suddenly hemorrhoids! This straining is from bowel movements normally or can even be from pregnancy in women, too.

A lot of people are wondering ..." Did nature just do a blunder here?"

After some intensive research both in the world of alternative therapies, I've come to conclude that hemorrhoids are actually our bodies response to imbalances caused by modern day pollutants and practices that human bodies are not designed for.

Let's take for example processed foods and sugars. Our bodies are not designed for intaking such a high volume of this.

Examples include:

White Flour

High Fructose Corn Syrup

Hydrogenated Oils

Refined Sugars

Naturally for many millenniums, we evolved with eating predominantly hunter/gatherer style foods. This was mostly fruits, greens, nuts, fish, and other whole foods.

Even agrarian society foods are closer to what we're designed for than the mass industrial foods of today.

So when we consume all this refined stuff, our stool naturally takes a response to it. We then experience constipation, straining, etc and some of the other "root causes" for hemorrhoids.

Now, these elements are not enough to cause it, there's also the issue of how we regulate and perform bowel movements. Check out section 8 of the H Miracle System and see what I mean on the illustration.

That's the kind of stuff that needs to be reversed immediately to shrink a hemorrhoid regardless of the cause.

So what's a practical action to take?

If you have a hemorrhoid that is bleeding or itching, progress to a predominantly vegetarian diet, add sweet potatoes/yams, and start to bring refined sugars out of your diet. Just for a few days while you're doing the remedy process of H Miracle. 3-4 days should be good.

Now given this practice... there's only a limited time that I urge you to completely shrink the tissue and cure it for good. Once it's remedied for good, you can revert fully back to your normal diet.

These are the functional reasons for the causes of hemorrhoids:

Increased pressure on the veins around the rectum and anus due to straining at stool, excessive coughing, pregnancy, and childbirth.

An inherited weakness of the valves in the veins, which fail to prevent backward flow of the blood. This type of hemorrhoids tend to run in families.
